To the best of the sellers knowledge, this puppy is sound and in good health. It is understood that the puppy is to be taken to a licensed veterinarian at your earliest convenience after receiving your puppy. Once your puppy has been examined by a licensed vet, please email us a copy of your receipt to validate this health guarantee. If the puppy is found to have a genetic disorder by a veterinarian , we will replace a puppy of equal value at no cost to the buyer excluding delivery costs. Buyer understands the seller gives no refunds and has up to a 1 year to make replacements due to the fact that breeding , gestation and raising puppies takes a certain amount of time. We provide this warranty against any debilitating congenital defects and all puppies are sold as pet quality only. The buyer must supply any requested veterinary records to the seller within 7 days of informing the seller of the defect. We have the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of the sellers choice at the sellers expense. Cherry eye, hip dysplacia , Hypoglycemia, giardia, coccidiosis, hernias, malnutrition, dehydration, physical exhaustion, kennel cough and any dental issues are not covered under the terms of this contract. We base estimated mature weight of each puppy off the weight of both parents, therefore there is no guarantee on estimated mature weight/size. You as the owner are required to: have your vet give all immunizations (including rabies), check for internal parasites every 3 months up to 2 years of age. Start your puppy on a heart worm prevention between 4 and 6 months of age. It is encouraged to have your puppy neutered or spayed at 8-12 month of age. For the purpose of this agreement after the puppy leaves the sellers premises, it is the buyers responsibility and the seller is no longer responsible for any veterinary bills. Seller is bound only to the original buyer.
